1Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jiwin website accessible at https://jiwin.io, including all web pages, services, games, betting markets, and associated content.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real-Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cashable funds awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Game Provider" means a third-party software developer whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes any amendment, re-enactment, or successor legislation.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account on jiwin, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. jiwin enforces a strict minimum age policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Bangladesh market. The Platform reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other stage deemed appropriate.

2.2 Acceptable Age Verification Documents

When requested, age verification may be satisfied by submission of one or more of the following documents in a clear, unaltered format:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Bangladesh driving licence displaying date of birth

2.3 Residency and Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and marketed to players resident in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in potential violation of local regulations. jiwin makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside its target market. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to them.

2.4 Suspension for Age Non-Compliance

Where jiwin has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending verification. During suspension, no withdrawals will be processed. If the Player fails to provide satisfactory age verification within 30 days of a suspension notice, jiwin reserves the right to close the Account and return deposited funds less any bonus credits, in accordance with its internal procedures.

3Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

To access real-money services on jiwin, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted on the registration form. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. jiwin reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active jiwin Account at any time. Creating duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts — whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person — is prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, jiwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings or balances accumulated through such accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow another person to access your Account, or transfer your Account to another individual. jiwin will never request your password by email, chat message, or telephone. Any unauthorised access to your Account should be reported to [email protected] without delay.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jiwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point deemed necessary by jiwin's compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance in excess of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method. jiwin reserves the right to close Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, following written notice to the Player's registered email address.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT via the following payment methods:

4.2 Deposit Terms

All funds deposited to jiwin must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible, minus any applicable processing fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposit limits may be set by the Player through the responsible gaming controls accessible in the Account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard may extend to 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles, jiwin reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your Account. Unusual transaction patterns, large single deposits, or repeated rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles may trigger an AML review, during which withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory explanation. jiwin cooperates fully with any lawful authority investigating suspected financial crime.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotions offered by jiwin are available to eligible registered Players as specified in the individual offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Players making a qualifying first deposit from a new Account. Players who have self-excluded or who have requested account restrictions may be excluded from bonus eligibility.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap for each bonus will be stated in the offer terms displayed at the time of the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being removed from the Account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jiwin reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5.4 Amendments and Withdrawal of Promotions

jiwin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not unfairly affect Players who have already committed funds in reliance on the original offer terms.

6Game Rules and Betting Conduct

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jiwin Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between general Platform Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game. jiwin accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to read and understand the applicable game rules before wagering.

6.2 Sports Betting Markets

All sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events offered on the Platform, are subject to separate betting rules published in the sportsbook section. jiwin reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a stated limit, or where pricing errors occurred at the time the bet was accepted. Bets placed on events whose results are already known at the time of placement will be voided.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error affecting a game or betting market, jiwin reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Real-Money Balance. jiwin does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any game or betting market and accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

jiwin may impose maximum winnings caps on individual game rounds, bet settlements, or daily/weekly aggregate payouts. Where applicable, maximum payout limits will be stated in the relevant game rules or sportsbook terms. Any winnings in excess of stated caps will be adjusted to the applicable maximum at the time of settlement.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, betting markets, or Account management features
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or betting market
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed via the Platform
• Using the Platform to launder money, conceal the proceeds of crime, or finance any unlawful activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — any such errors must be reported to [email protected] immediately
• Impersonating another player, employee of jiwin, or any other individual
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security infrastructure
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law while misrepresenting your location

8Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Available Tools

jiwin provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total BDT amount that may be deposited into the Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications issued after a configurable period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account suspension for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which no deposits or real-money wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term Account closure for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] and are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

8.2 Self-Exclusion Terms

Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period expires. During self-exclusion, jiwin will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded Player. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the jiwin Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and database compilations — is the property of jiwin or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jiwin. Unauthorised use of jiwin intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Platform Availability

jiwin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jiwin makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and error-free operation, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiwin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

10.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Games provided by third-party Game Providers are operated under those providers' own technical infrastructure and random number generation systems. jiwin acts as a distributor of these games and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation. Disputes regarding specific game outcomes may need to be investigated in coordination with the relevant Game Provider, and resolution may take additional time accordingly.

11Privacy and Data Protection

jiwin processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will be used for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have not opted out) marketing communications.

jiwin uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Stored data is protected by access controls, encryption at rest, and regular security audits. jiwin does not sell personal data to third parties.

12Amendments to These Terms

jiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, jiwin will provide notice by email to the Player's registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and jiwin relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jiwin at [email protected]. jiwin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (BST). Most disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication.

13.2 Escalation

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice from the complaining party, either party may seek resolution through any lawful dispute resolution process available in the applicable jurisdiction. jiwin will cooperate in good faith with any such process.
